Being a trained Nutritionist and an expert Reikee Master, Kajal further trained and qualified as a Baby Yoga and Massage Instructor with the assistance and training by Gayle Berry. Kajal wishes to share the benefits acquired from her own rigorous native (traditional) massage background passed on to her by both her mother and grandmother when she bore her first child.Kajal wants to part with her very own experience with newly Mums and Dads, the connecting bond between parents and their newly born babies which should last a lifetime.
Every new parent should experience the blossoming yogic art of bonding, which is felt within a triangular connection between "Mother, father and their new born child"Kajal is offering Baby Yoga and Baby Massge classes ranging from group sessions in local centres, private groups sessions, reiki healing massage, mother's health and toning advice after birth and one to one teaching in the comfort of your own home.
She is been described as "inspirational to new mums" and parents agree that Kajal makes them feel at ease and relaxed through her warmth.
Kajal classes are on Mondays 10.30am-11.30am at Harrow Arts Centre, Uxbridge Road, Hatch End, London.
