Baby's First Massage Session- An Introduction To Baby Massage
A relaxed introduction to baby massage. Learn the basics and meet other parents in your area. Your session includes a bottle of our nourishing baby massage oil and handouts. Learn traditional Indian baby massage techniques and reflexology for your baby.

4 week course for you to learn and practise a baby massage routine which will help soothe and relax baby. Baby massage can help to soothe wind and colic and promote relaxation for you and baby. Our course uses traditional Indian massage, Swedish massage, reflexology, yoga and settling techniques.
90 minute sessions over four weeks-from £40.00
NEW! A special massage session for fathers to learn the basics of baby massage and help the bonding process. Mums can relax next door for a chat with a cup of tea and be on hand for feeding or for help if needed.
Saturdays only-60 minutes £15.00 per family
Learn a mixture of baby massage and baby yoga. Sing songs with your baby and then relax with your baby as you enjoy exploring a range of sensory toys.
