Sarah is a mother of 3 young children and a qualified registered general nurse who has always focused on the holistic care of all individuals. From this she developed an interest in complementary therapies, qualifying as a baby massage teacher in 2004 whilst pregnant with her second child.
She is an active member of the NCT, past roles of which have included post natal co-ordinator which involved running a toddler group and the fundraising involved for this group.
Sarah is an enthusiastic teacher who enjoys working with parents and babies. She is friendly, approachable and has an excellent teaching style. She is excited to offer baby yoga classes to parents and babies in Herefordshire.
