Fennel Seeds:Good for indigestion and also helps to produce milk in nursing mothers.
Liquorice Root: One of the safer laxative remedies for constipation.
Lemon Balm:See above – good for digestion.
Fenugreek Seeds:Good for stimulating milk production.
Red clover:Good as a breast remedy – can ease mastitis.
Nettle Leaf:Good source of calcium and stimulates milk flow when breast feeding.

Sweet liquorice instantly provides blessed relief, like a nap in the afternoon. This gives way to fennel and fenugreek, which swell to provide a warm, milky taste that leaves the palate full and satisfied.
