Baby Confidence Classes-Pre natal sessions
These weekly classes over a month are designed to help you prepare for your baby, relax and make new friends. The weekly sessions include;
Speed Bumping-where you can meet and catch up with all the mums to be in your class.
Information and discussion on helping your baby settle into the world after leaving the womb focusing on sleeping, crying, and building sensory awareness to help build your confidence as a parent.
Learning the basics of baby massage to use with your newborn as well as useful remedial massage strokes to help ease issues such as colic, constipation and fretfulness.
Learning ways to calm, soothe and relax your baby using instinctive and gentle methods.
A guided relaxation to allow you to feel refreshed and energised.
Refreshments and a chance to make friends.
Classes offer a special time for you to focus on yourself during pregnancy and prepare for baby.
Classes cost £10.00 and are booked as a course of four sessions (£40.00) and include handouts and Blossom & Berry organic baby massage oil. You can attend these classes at any time in pregnancy.
Gentle Start Antenatal and Labour Massage Workshop
A session for couples wanting to learn about the importance of touch for your baby after birth, natural settling and baby massage techniques using our demostration doll PLUS aromatherapy and massage techniques for labour and birth.
90 minute session. Cost £40.00 per couple. Please also see our Gentle Start Parent and Baby Kit in our shop.
Blossom & Bloom-Mother & Baby Massage Treatment
A perfectly balanced session to help you both benefit from massage. Learn simple baby massage techniques for baby and enjoy the benefits of an mini massage treatment for your hands or feet.
60 minute session- £40.00 including baby massage handouts.
New Parent and Baby Pamper Afternoons
Two hours of bliss for mums/dads and babies. Perfect to relax, unwind and enjoy spending time with your babies and friends. We can come to you and provide a lovely 15 minute mini treatment of either an aromatic foot massage, a mini facial massage or a neck, back and shoulder massage. We will also bring our lovely treasure baskets for your babies to play with and do a mini baby massage session for your baby too. Minimum of 4 mums
2 hour session-£15.00 each. Minimum of four mums.
Doula Services
