The core course in our Baby Massage & Yoga and Mentorship Master Program is the DIPLOMA IN PARENT & BABY WELLNESS & PARENTAL SUPPORT (worth £1999)
This is our most popular flagship course which enables you to kick start your business and deepen your knowledge of how to support parents and babies with nurturing touch, massage and yoga. The diploma contains courses which you can use to teach parents before the arrival of their baby, through the early baby days and towards the toddler years.
You have a year to study the diploma but you can start teaching as soon as you get your first certificate in baby massage which is after around 12 weeks of study. The course offers an overall 10% discount on the regular course prices and offers incredible value in creating your business practice. All the courses link together to give you an in depth understanding of the importance of touch, movement and connection. You have lifetime access to all resources. Everything you need is online and I mark your papers personally so you always have access to feedback and can ask any questions.

What You Receive:
As part of the Diploma you will study a number of different disciplines to allow you to teach a variety of different courses as part of your parent and baby wellness practice.
This will take you from setting up classes pre natally to teaching babies up to two.
These include FIVE accredited qualifications in;
1. Teaching Baby Massage - This course will enable you to teach baby massage to groups of parents and on a one to one basis from 8 weeks. It is a fully comprehensive course which covers all aspects of becoming a professional teacher and teaching baby massage.
2. Teaching Baby Yoga - This course will enable you to teach baby yoga to groups of parents and on a one to one basis from 8 weeks. It is a fully comprehensive course which covers all aspects of becoming a professional teacher and teaching baby yoga.
3. Teaching Baby Confidence & Mother Relaxation Classes - These classes are pre-natal and help to build up a pregnant women’s confidence in pregnancy by covering what babies really need, offering the opportunity to meet other mothers to be and enjoy a mindful relaxation session.
4. Teaching Soothe, Settle & Sleep & Expert Sessions For Colic - Gain in-depth advice on how to support parents who are struggling with helping their baby with colic. This course looks at how to teach workshops or one to one sessions with massage, yoga and aromatherapy with our Soothe Settle & Sleep program.
5. Teaching Learn, Stretch & Play Classes for Older Babies and Toddlers - Use music, massage and movement to engage older babies and children up to around 2 years in classes and workshops to extend your practice and serve more clients.

How long does the course take?
Most people complete it in 4-5 months, which means you can be teaching in a very short time from now. You have lifetime access to the course materials so you can take your time if you wish.
How many hours do I need to study?
Most people take 2-4 hours on each module so on the basis of a module every week, 2-4 hours.
Will I miss out studying online?
Absolutely not. Everything is covered and more. We have over 50 videos online and create materials all the time. 100% of my students when asked said my courses overdeliver on value and exceeded their expectations. If, for some reason, you do want to come in person to top up, it's just £100 to attend an in person group training session.
Do you offer live classes online and what is a typical month of teaching support

Let's get really honest...
Let’s be honest you might have mentioned to friends or family that you are thinking about training to teach baby massage and yoga and maybe they have thought that it sounds like a bit of a crazy or out there idea. Maybe they have never heard of baby massage at all! I can tell you it does raise a few eyebrows when you introduce yourself but it’s benefits are internationally recognised across the world by the health profession and through research and studies. Just Some Of The Reasons Why You Should Train
1. Unicef estimates there are 353,000 babies are born each day around the world. That’s a lot of babies needing nurturing touch and love and a lot of parents and babies to teach. 128,845,000 a year!
2. A recent study by the National Childbirth Trust suggests half of new mothers suffer mental health problems during pregnancy or within the first year of their child’s birth. Education through Blossom & Berry courses during pregnancy on self care, the importance of bonding and practising skin to skin has the potential to support new mothers.
3. The number of children having therapy for anxiety has risen by 60 per cent in two years figures in 2017 from the NSPCC show. Babies and children need loving support to thrive and how they interact with their primary caregivers in the first 3 years of life can, simply put, wire their brains for love or stress. Problems with emotional regulation in early childhood can cause stress and anxiety later in life. Infant massage and yoga teaches responsive care and love from the beginning.
4. Blossom & Berry are regularly contacted for teacher recommendations by parents from all over the world. We need more teachers to help support parents and babies.
5. COVID 19 has hit everyone hard, especially parents and babies who need vital community support. There are waiting lists for baby massage and yoga in many areas and parents and babies are missing out on this vital education due to the lack of availability of classes.

“I began my journey with Blossom and Berry when I became pregnant with my second child after experiencing the benefits of baby massage with my first child.
My first child, Samuel was not the easiest of babies as he suffered with colic, reflux and we later learned that he had a cow’s milk protein allergy. He refused to go to anybody else but me and also didn’t sleep very well which is unsurprising with all these awful digestive discomforts. When I attended my local baby massage class, I found it really helped my poor baby. I felt empowered as a mother that I could actually do something to help alleviate his symptoms. The support I received from the other mums who also attended the course helped me realise I wasn’t on my own. In fact, one of the mum’s that I met at baby massage is now the godmother of my daughter.
When I became pregnant with my daughter, Trudy, I knew I wanted to spend more time at home as having a full time job with my son, I just felt I didn’t have the right home- work balance and struggled with guilt that I was missing out on so much with him. After experiencing the benefits of baby massage first hand, I knew that I wanted to pass on this skill and offer support to mums who are in a position that I was once in.
