Self Love Practice

As our mantra is love creates love, I’m including a small self-love practice to nourish and celebrate you.

Celebrate your wins no matter how big or small. Pat yourself on the back and be proud of what you have achieved. Tell someone at least one thing that you have done this month that you think is amazing. Post on social media or just go out and celebrate yourself with something that makes you feel good. Self-celebration is powerful!
