Terms & Conditions

Using our website means you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. We may make change to these Terms without letting you know and therefore you should check this page for any changes.

Postage, Packaging and Delivery

Blossom & Berry products are kept on site. Some products may be sent to you straight from the manufacturer. In the unlikely event we are out of stock after you have placed your order we will let you know and advise when we can delivery can be made. If you prefer you can ask for a refund (see below)
We will try and dispatch your products within 7 days of the order being received. We deal with orders as quickly as possible. This is not a guarantee. If there may be a longer delay in processing the order we will contact you. We process all orders at 1pm each day.
P&P Costs: UK orders cost £2.99 Contact us for postal rates for Europe and the Rest of the World Europe. We do not ship to the US or UAE. We send valuable items by recorded delivery and this will have to be signed for on delivery. If you are out when delivery is attempted you will receive a card asking you to arrange a suitable delivery time, please respond to this promptly. If you need your purchases urgently we can usually offer an express delivery service. Please email us for details.

Some products will be sent to you direct from the producer so you may recieve two parcels, one from Blossom & Berry and one from the other provider. In the event of a return, details will be sent with these parcels. This does not effect your delivery charges and your contract of sale remains with Blossom & Berry.

Prices and Payment

All prices are correct as they appear on the website. We may change prices from time to time or have offers available for a limited time.
The simplest way of ordering is through our secure online shop using your credit or debit card (we accept all major credit cards). We accept all major debit and credit cards, as we use Paypal to process our payments. You do not need a Paypal account simply follow easy steps during checkout.
At the checkout you can also choose to ‘pay by invoice’ – this allows you to pay by cheque. You will be given a sales invoice, which should be printed and sent with your cheque payable to Blossom & Berry. Please write your name and address on the back of your cheque and we will dispatch your items as soon as your cheque has cleared.

Descriptions of products

We make every effort to show and describe our products as accurately as possible, however, slight variations may occur. All quoted weights, dimensions and capacities are for guidance only. Colours of items viewed on a computer monitor can vary from the actual product depending on the calibration and colour settings of individual computer screens. If you are unsure of your computer’s colour settings, refer to the user manual or seek advice. We cannot accept responsibility for errors resulting from poorly adjusted monitors. Packaging may vary from that shown (where applicable). The Blossom & Berry Baby Massage Mat is a unique and handmade product and therefore there may be minor variations in colour, size and print due to the manufacturing processes.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you are entitled to request a full or partial refund provided this is done within 10 working days of receipt of goods. You must return the goods in perfect, saleable condition, in the original packing where applicable.
Refunds will only be made to the same card used to make the purchase. Refunds will only cover the price charged for the goods. Postage and packing charges are not refundable, unless the order has not been despatched. When returning goods we suggest you get proof of posting, which is free from any UK post office. Refunds for returned goods will be made as soon as possible following safe arrival and within. no more than 7 working days. Due to the nature of the product we do not accept refunds on oils.

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange a product you must first return it to us in saleable condition, as with a return. Unless to replace a damaged product we may ask you to pay additional postage costs.

Privacy Policy

We respect and protect your privacy in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We may share your address with Hippy Chick UK in the event of a drop shipping arrangment on products.

We will supply the goods to you as per your order, in accordance these Terms and Conditions and English law. This website, its content and any orders placed via the site are governed by and in accordance with English law. All communication is in English and by you placing an order and our accepting it both parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Blossom & Berry’s liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Blossom & Berry to the customer: Blossom & Berry shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
