As a Tree Babies Guide, you will be able to support new parents and babies with empowering techniques around babywearing, mindfulness, and connecting with nature.⁠

You can study with us anywhere in the world and set up classes using our materials or with your own. Freedom and creativity are two of our highest values and we want you to feel authentic as a teacher.⁠

The course is aimed at babies between 6 weeks to one year and all parents are welcome. ⁠

I trained with Blossom & Berry in early 2021 & now provide well-being sessions (amongst other things) through my business Simpliful- helping parents & babies/children to simply be in nature, to take time for themselves, to be part of a like-minded community for their own mental & emotional wellbeing.⁠
⁠
Having personally benefited from mindfulness for many years-I wanted to share the valuable practices & tools with others. As an already accredited mindfulness teacher when Covid lockdown occurred, my second child was just 8 week old, so I felt the impact of suddenly having no parent/baby group support.⁠
⁠
I used the skills I knew would be helpful to others in my situation, to practice & started running regular online Mindful Mama sessions. Once I realised the benefits to parents & little ones in offering a supportive non judgemental space. I wanted to expand this to in person sessions once restrictions lifted to support parents & babies/children who needed it. The Tree Babies Training happened to come to my attention at this time, to support my journey in making it happen.⁠

What does teaching mean to you?⁠
Teaching for me means being able to share with other parents the daily mindful practices, knowledge & ideas that I use in my life that support & empower me & my young family.⁠
⁠
Parenting can sometimes feel chaotic & stressful & like there isn’t enough time for everything. I’m very thankful to be able to offer the gift of time to parents through living in the moment. Time to stop, to explore nature & make memories with their little ones, as well as see friendships grow-when new parents meet each other.⁠

I’ve gained an enriched sense of confidence in how I run my business & what I can offer. I’m part of a really supportive online community & have access to resources that are updated frequently adding new ideas⁠

Being connected to nature is something that, for me, has always held incredible power, power to energise, power to soothe and power to heal, and so with that in mind, I felt compelled to create Tree Babies. ⁠

Combining babywearing, mindfulness and forest bathing, these outside sessions allow parents to deepen their connection to themselves, their baby and nature. ⁠

As the only course like this in the world, I wanted to create a parent and baby class that was the antidote to all that was going on around us.⁠
