Ever looked at someone and thought, how come they seem to know what they are doing? How did she get to where she is? What’s the secret formula? How can I do that?
I want to honesty tell you the process I went through to develop my business to be successful and be with my children as they were growing up.
First of all before I started I thought this;
I would not know what to do if I had my own business. Where do I start?….
That having my own business would mean I was distracted from my children….
That no one would come to my classes….
That I would need a premises…..
I would not be able to cope on my own….
Then I thought I don’t even know what I need to do to develop my business. I don’t understand technology, marketing and sales. I had zero knowledge in this area but then I realised that I did have;
Determination to build my own thing….
Passion to support mothers and babies….
The desire to have my own independent income whilst being at home with my children.
So I left my job as a lawyer and people said;
“You are crazy”
“What the hell is baby massage?”
“How will you be able to balance your own business and be a mummy?”
“It will be a flash in the pan and you will end up getting a proper job”
But I chose not to listen to that. Instead I invested into;
The future
My family
My happiness
I realised to get to where I wanted to be I had to invest. Not a huge amount of money but also my time and energy. It was a risk of course but I had to take it as the alternative was not an option for me. My family was coming first.
If I did not start my own business I would have been
Inauthentic
Hating my job
Working too hard
Commuting
Not taking care of myself
Unconsciously living my life
Missing out on my children
So I did it and guess what. It all worked out. The business took time to grow alongside my family and also me. I was a different person when I started Blossom & Berry to the person I am now. I love myself and my life alot more now.
So what are the best things about what I do and that excite me everyday even after 17 years?

Helping and nurturing other people
Inspiring women to step into their power and create their own vision of their business and lifestyle.
Knowledge that I can do anything
Love, love, love, love and more love.
You might not know exactly what you are about to do but whatever path you take it’s going to be a wonderful adventure. The only difference between me and you right now is I took the first step and then kept going.
