Shutting the door on something completely helps you move on more than keeping one leg either side. The release of finally removing limiting beliefs, people and activities from your life is so energising, it will lead you to better things.

Making changes and decisions feels risky, scary and out of our control but you are always supported. Just as your heart beats and the sun rises, life is in a constant state of motion. If you think you are in control you are not, just try and stop your heart beating! Life is about being playful, being in co creation, surrender and trust. Everyday you just and accept that you will live another day on the earth, so trust that you can also live it in the way you want to. Doing something you don’t love is a waste of a life. A waste of sharing all the incredible and unique things about you on this planet. If you have the opportunity to let the world teach you why you are here, let it. Unlearn everything and be open to what you are given. The harder you try to find the answer, the more it will hide. Relax and tune into where you are being led. Surrender to this and step into the possibilities that are being created for you. Don’t worry about things as it is wasted energy, either accept or take action in the direction you want to go.

Trust, trust, trust and allow yourself to be led into what you are truly here to do.
