A big highlight of 2016 was being able to present on Huffington Post’s Facebook Live. I was honoured to be asked to teach some baby massage basics to their audience. The experience was very excited and a lot of fun. I really enjoyed the live aspect which surprised me! My nerves seemed to disappear. The video has had over 14k views which makes me very happy as its helping to share the importance of touch and positive interaction with children. My mission in life is to share this message and the concept that love creates love. The video is below 🙂
I have also had a piece published on bonding with your baby over Christmas time and also how to create a relaxed atmosphere at changing time. This is very important as many parents see nappy changing as a challenge. Having a routine and being relaxed yourself will definitely make nappy changing more straight forward.
