“To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one’s family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one’s own mind. If a man can control his mind he can find the way to Enlightenment, and all wisdom and virtue will naturally come to him “-Buddha. How beautiful is that? It reminds us that yoga is such and incredible power, a force of nature to help us focus our minds and bodies to work in alignment. This concept works for everyone, not just adults. Studies have down some amazing results when yoga has been introduced at a young age. You can train to become a baby yoga teacher and a children’s yoga teacher with us! That way, every half term and holiday you can head to the mat and enjoy sharing the peace and tranquility of yoga, stretch and play with your children.
