Like many people, during the first lockdown, I found solace in getting outside for my daily exercise. As much as I liked the odd walk, I had never really appreciated the areas around me as I was
only ever walking to get to a destination. Now, I was starting to enjoy mine and my son’s daily walks, exploring different routes and taking time to show gratitude to nature. Investing in a front-facing carrier really helped too!
Seeing Gayle introduce the Tree Babies course made me so happy – it was just what we needed. Not only as a teacher but as a mother too.
Once I started studying, I knew I had made a brilliant choice. I loved how the course emphasised the importance of the parent’s wellbeing as well as the babies. I enjoyed learning about forest bathing and the eye-opening studies which highlighted it’s benefits. It all made so much sense!
I have loved putting together my ‘Happy Bees Tree Babies’ courses and cannot wait to bring these back to my community in the spring once lockdown restrictions have hopefully eased as they were so well received last year.
